If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to provide a refund for the item(s) as long as they are returned to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days upon delivery. Our branded boxes are considered to be part of our products and must also be returned with the item(s).

However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that purchased gift certificates are not returnable.
To Return an Item:
1. Review the entire Return Policy below.
2. Obtain authorization to return your item by calling us at 1(630)360-2221 Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (UTC).
3. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items and accessories, along with the product's original packaging.
4. Include a copy of your packing slip and return authorization received from us via email.
5. Mail your return within 30 days of purchase to the address provided in your return authorization.
6. Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
